About
where it all started...
“I use my voice to spark conversation and debate, especially on topics like social inclusion, privilege and culture, to create change.”
MY STORY
I’ve always been fascinated by social inclusion and privilege, as I believe many missed generations can bring value and benefit today’s businesses. We can do much more to disrupt the class gap and make the workplace more equal.
I aim to coach and empower business leaders to own this critical agenda.
As a leading social inclusion and privilege expert, I actively contribute to academic research to help uncover new learnings and push boundaries. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in privilege and inclusion at Cranfield University.
I’m a passionate advocate for equity within the workplace, which is why my recent career history reflects roles where I have been able to effect change. I am currently the Global Inclusion Leader, at DLA Piper, a Global Law Firm.
Before moving to DLA Piper, I was the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at global professional services firm EY, where I grew my experience driving transformative and meaningful change within a complex matrix organisation.
I led pioneering culture change initiatives, which focused on systematic organisational action to embed sustainable change. With a background in Finance and Psychology, I build trusting relationships and focus on outcome-driven results to build sustainable culture change.
My core values include trust and integrity which underpin my decisions inside and outside of work.

Giving Back
I’m committed to giving back through volunteer work with young offenders and local sports clubs, promoting inclusion and equity. I am a School Governor, an advisor to the 93% Club and a guest lecturer at the University of Salford and Cranfield University.
I am proud to be affiliated with and judge the following awards:
-
The Black Talent Awards Evenfields Black Talent Awards
-
The Queer Student Awards The Queer Student Awards
-
The Northern Power Women Awards We Are Power
My Background
I attribute my career achievements to my formative years, where I proudly lived and grew up on council estates in Dublin and London, benefiting from free school meals, so I fully understand the challenges facing people from underserved backgrounds. I often talk about my personal experiences and how developing skills such as resilience and grit, helped me to ‘work the system’ and progress in my career.
"Businesses can help break barriers around class by visibly making social mobility a strategic prority."
